We're now looking for a Controller to take the reins of our financial operations as we scale.
The Role
As our Controller, you'll lead all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls. You’ll build the financial backbone that supports our growth, helping us make data-driven decisions with confidence.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, and month-end close
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Build scalable systems, processes, and internal controls from the ground up
Support investor relations and board reporting
Collaborate with the leadership team to support strategic decision-making
Manage external audits and liaise with tax advisors and legal counsel
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 in a leadership role
Startup or high-growth company experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)
Strategic mindset with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Exceptional attention to detail and financial acumen
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
